The Management Team:
Keith Chaplin-Mabbutt, CEO & Founder
Exciting young entrepreneur and founder of CVSEEME.COM. On graduation from University in 2000, Keith set about launching his first business: a franchise in a listed Telecommunications company, Mablin Associates, before selling the company a year later for a profit. Twelve months later, Keith turned his attention to recruitment and founded EnhanceUK.com, established in 2002 and now one of the UK’s leading online graduate recruitment consultancies based in London. Keith has expert knowledge of the graduate recruitment sector and has almost a decade of online recruitment experience with numerous contacts within Higher Education and Recruitment. He was a finalist in the Shell Livewire Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards in 2003 and presently among other duties sits on the Panel of Experts on The Guardian online advising on Graduate recruitment. As part investor and founder of CVSEEME.COM he is the entrepreneurial face of the brand and is responsible for driving and developing the business and overseeing the daily operations of the company, working closely with CVSEEME.COM’s CTO and other Directors to guide overall business strategy.
Andrew Mabbutt, Commercial Director
Successful entrepreneur who founded his own telecommunications company in 1990, Smart Connection, and became Young Entrepreneur of the Year as voted by Real Business Magazine. His company became a leading Independent telecommunications company at the time and achieved Platinum states with manufacturers such as Toshiba and Panasonic. In 2001, Andrew sold his business to a £100m venture capital backed corporation and was retained as Managing Director assisting with the acquisitions of 2 further companies. He exited the business in 2003. Since then, Andrew has become an investor in a select number of other businesses including an Exhibition company and a Leisure company as well as acting as a Business Consultant for a number of existing UK based independent telecommunications companies. Previously President of the Young Entrepreneurs' Organisation for two consecutive years, Andrew’s strengths lie in sales and marketing and he will be instrumental in driving revenues for the website, opening up opportunities with partner programmes as well as driving day to day revenues with Agencies and Employers. Andrew is a part investor in CVSEEME.COM.
Bertie Way, Chairman
Previous Board Director of the worldwide leading Corporate PR & Communications agency, Bell Pottinger, part of Chime Communications PLC. Having spent 14 years in communications and business development he brings a wealth of experience to the company. Bertie also founded his own financial services search firm before joining the Blomfield Group, working for 10 years, up until April 2006, where he was Non-Executive Chairman and Shareholder and had a major hand in the acquired stake in Fairplace Consulting PLC, a leading outplacement firm listed on the AIM. The Blomfield Group includes the specialist search firm, Firth Ross Martin, and Joslin Rowe, one of the UK and Ireland's leading professional recruitment agencies. Bertie is an active investor in CVSEEME.COM and was duly appointed Non-Executive Chairman in February 2008.
Neil Colling, Chief Technology Officer
Neil has held senior executive positions and directorships at the likes of Ingres and Oracle, and now operates as Managing Director of the technology partner to CVSEEME.COM and so agreed to take on the capacity of CTO for CVSEEME.COM. He has more than 15 years specific experience in building, selling, acquiring and floating internet businesses, many of them being Job Boards and recruitment companies. Neil will be instrumental in the build and continued development of CVSEEME.COM throughout its evolution.
